How to Create Happiness and Success for You and Your Children
For millennia, religions have commanded the practice of gratitude. Recent scientific research provides data proving the wisdom behind such tenets.
The boost in success and satisfaction we receive when practicing gratitude is a Gratitude Bump* that improves your life every time you express gratitude.
Each expression of gratitude creates another Gratitude Bump*, which means the improvement to your life is theoretically infinite.

Polite Argument
Four Skillsets Leaders Use to Develop Teams and Teens This how-to guide comes with the story of its own origin. Megan Mayer crafts a practical guide on how to train teams in the skill of Polite Argument*, a method of training others to communicate effectively. The book offers the four skills leaders want their teams (and parents want their teens) to use when communicating with peers, customers, and all others.

The book describes Mayer's journey from Palo Alto, CA to Laguna Beach, CA and the contrast the two cities offered in communication and learning styles. The lessons learned on this journey, along with her formal training and experience as an attorney and ARCO petroleum and chemical companies before that, caused Mayer to research how to train others in these critical thinking and communication skills. With this experience and research, she crafted a program for students - disguised as a book club - to develop the four essential skills of effective communication. She later was invited to bring this system to a plan for adults to great success, and now trains organizations in Polite Argument*.
Learn how all leaders can implement this system to improve their teams and workplace culture. What's more, the Polite Argument* system makes students better communicators when applied at home or at school.
